Serious Yoga Core Work with Vytas Baskauskas- Udaya Yoga
Are you ready for a serious core work? This is a great 20 minute core yoga routine. These movements are meant to engage your entire core, not just your abs. This class is a brief 20 minutes from start to finish but you will be sweating by the end of it. Remember to modify if your technique starts to suffer (for example – if your back starts to arch, bend your knees instead of keeping your legs straight). Keep your neck relaxed, your abs engaged and breathe!
