Come join us at TAC Fit in Basalt for Cycling from 5:30-6:30pm on Thursdays! Indoor cycling provides a fun cardiovascular workout for all ages & fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with motivational instruction. Please call TAC Fit in advance to reserve a bike. If you sign up and don't show up and the class is full, TAC Fit will have to charge a no-show.

Come join MBS at TacFit in Basalt starting May 6th every Monday for a Body Pump class! At 6:00-7:00 AM body pump will help you sculpt and tone your body by using weights to do a variety of exercises. This group fitness class is a great way to increase your heart rate and muscle! Please call/register ahead with TacFit and let them know you want to join the class through MBS.
