Registration and Requirements
Work Ready Registration Information:
STEP 1: Click HERE to log in and register for Work Ready (If you have never created a profile, you will need to click the "Sign Up" link first)
STEP 2: Once you are logged in click on the menu link "Work Ready Events"on the left hand side. Here you will find a calendar of all Work Ready events.
STEP 3: Click on "Register" for the time slot you want to register for.
STEP 4: If you need to cancel your registration, log back in following step 1. You will see your event registration on your dashboard. Click "Unregister" for the event you no longer want to attend.

Work Ready Requirements Information:
Are you ready for Work Ready? Check out this chart to make sure! ALL criteria MUST be met to successfully complete each piece of your Work Ready assessment.
Are you MORE than ready for Work Ready? NEW this year, we will be offering two more OPTIONAL tiers for Work Ready. We know that Work Ready requirements are the MINIMUM level of fitness we look for to help insure that you can do your job safely. We also know that many of you set a much higher bar for yourself and don't aim for the bare minimum! This year we want to make a point to acknowledge your effort and reward you for raising the bar!
Tier II Requirements:
Step Test- 96 BPM for 5 min on a 16" box
Push-Ups- 15 Full push-ups from the feet
Plank: 60 sec
Side Plank: 20 hips dips on each side
Agility: Less than 5 sec
Deadlift- 75 lbs 5 times
Upright Row- 50 lbs 1 time
Overhead Lift- 25 lbs 1 time (Only for positions that already require an overhead lift as a Tier I requirement)
Balance- 10 sec on each leg on Bosu flipped over with shoe on
Flexibility- Must reach within 3" of toes or beyond
Complete all elements of Tier II and get entered into our raffle to win a $50 gift card!
Tier III Requirements:
Step Test- 96 BPM for 5 min on a 20" box
Push-Ups- 30 Full push-ups from the feet
Plank: 120 sec
Side Plank: 40 hips dips on each side
Agility: Less than 4 sec
Deadlift- 75 lbs 10 times
Upright Row- 50 lbs 5 times
Overhead Lift- 25 lbs 5 times (Only for positions that already require an overhead lift as a Tier I requirement)
Balance- 30 sec on each leg on Bosu flipped over with shoe on
Flexibility- Must reach your toes or beyond
Complete all elements of Tier III and get entered into our raffle to win a $100 gift card and all Tier III achievers will get their name published on the MBS website as one of our fittest employees!
