Come join us at the ticketing lobby at Buttermilk for TRX from 5:15-6:15pm on Mondays and at lunchtime from 12:30-1:30pm on Fridays! TRX Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability throughout the entire body simultaneously. The TRX leverages gravity and uses the body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal!
